- New docks have been installed at Chinook Pier. They are wider, smoother and handicap friendly.

- The Kings will be staging up in front of the river in a couple of weeks.

- The boat has been pulled out of the water and another fishing season has come to a close.
- This season was a good one with lots of good weather and good fishing.

- Mate Cory Melvin finished the long a tough captain’s course in Flat Rock Michigan and is now a licensed Captain!!

- The kings should be staging up outside the piers any time now. Fishing has continued to be good for the bulk of the season. Great weather and good fishing have made this season outstanding for most of the year. We look forward to a good salmon run this fall.
